My favorite Specials song. What a great working class real folks group they were. Your first image looks like my family (personal and extended) heading down the dunes toward the Atlantic... in two weeks in Wellfleet, I cannot wait.
See, you could totally pull this off: Crash a party, any party, in the Hamptons, on a scooter wearing a black guayabera shirt with white high water peg leg pants and black Doc Martens.
Dismount and declare to the crowd that you brought Ska music for all night long. See if anyone gets it. No one will, but everyone's happy. You're dancing with a big cheesy smile on your face. A woman comes up to you and says, "You know, I just don't understand. You're not like all these other stuffed swim suits around here talking about the goddamn debt ceiling. Wanna go see the sunset?"
The next day - you believe(!) - you drive back to the city, happy - no, grateful - to have only just visited.

I've never been there si I don't know, but do folks in the Hamptons know what "skankin'" is?
Excellent song. I like going out drinking in the city in the summer... a lot less crowded and fewer jerk offs.
Listened to the Specials a lot in College and law School....great party tunes.
You need to get out of the City once in a while!
Bro- No, but if you hum a few bars they'll get it.
No Hype- I'm around the city and I'm a huge jerk off.
Sigh. Long gone are the days when everyone in the city split for...Coney Island.

Nice song choice. The picture on the beach is great too. It's always nice to get out of the city!
