Just watched the goofy John Cleese doc on wine, and I wonder why he didn't mention how in the south of France they put ice cubes in their rose...so what is in the second glass?
Haven't been to Savore, but your endorsement will tempt me. On the other hand, I've eaten at Mezzogiorno many times. "Trad Italian"- comfortable, reliable, timeless. The inside/outside atmosphere a few blocks off of W. B'way is perfect.

The first photo really, really impresses the hell out of me. If you could just get the Area of Operations in a one-strap somewhere in background....
Oyster - That took a while but I got it. Area of Ops isn't keen on giving up control of the camera. But I'll try.
