Took the bus across 57th and walked down along 6th to the office today. Surprised I didn't see you.

This has been a great week to be walking around Manhattan - if you're off the streets before 9:30a. So nice and quiet, and the snow today was great.

Happy New Years Tin Tin.

Happy New year! (New Year's here). So envious of the snow. Not even a flake here.

Your images make me long for the Big Apple tonight as I await the drop of the Big Peach.
A very happy and prosperous 2010 to you. ME

Chris- There have been some beautiful mornings. Soon all the folks visiting will be gone and one will be able to stroll up 6th Ave at 5:30 PM without feeling like you're in a human car wash.

LWing- He's not 18 is he? Happy New Year, LW.

Ox Ac Uk- Hey, thank you. Whatever Ox Ac Uk means.

M Lane- Hope to catch you at the Door again. Both mine and Cathys.

Tweed- It was up to my pipik a week ago and now it's all gone. NYC clears it out faster than Chicago.

Mom OTR- To you as well. And may 2010 see you in Bermuda often.

ME- I prefer to hear pecans drop.

Tintin, a quick Google search will get you the meaning. But here's a clue: it has something to do with the greatest place on earth.

The first photo in this series nicely evokes Christmas in New York. I saw this posting a few days ago and intended to share my comment sooner. Happy New Year.

I like the shot of the nutcrackers, what camera are you using these days?

Ox Ac- Got it. Thanks. Do they a community college? You know, something that would take me?

Aaron- I made a big mistake on socks and shoes that morning.

Foster- That was with a S90.

how do you like the s90? it looks like an awesome camera.

Foster- Like it a lot. Easy to use but:

Can't shoot raw in auto.

A small blue line sometimes appear across picture when shooting 85mm and above.

Love the ring on the front that allows you to click to 28mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm and 105mm.
